Refunds or Exchanges :

I do not accept returns because you do not like the scent if you have any questions on scents please contact me before purchasing. I do however accept returns on defective products if you feel you have a defective product you must return the item to me with in 7 days of receiving your product for inspection. If deemed defective I will replace the product with same or similar free of charge minus the shipping of the returned product.

Most items will be shipped Via USPS Priority Mail ~ Larger packages will be shipped Via UPS. Our shipping calculator is very generic and if you feel you are being over charged for shipping Please contact me ASAP I will check into the problem and refund the difference.
